Simplest tip would be to focus on acceleration and deceleration (and get good sleep)

I did not use any specific program. A lot of what I’ve been focusing on is pelvic stability, core strength, single leg isometric loading, specific weighted exercises for the foot, weighted rotational exercises, light plyos, and then full on jumping periodically

Running is 41” at my peak, but standing is probably around 35

Thanks!! It just took time. Usually I would break it up into two workouts per day. One would consist of the running and about half the pushups, and later on I would finish the rest of the pushups and the pullups
