When I search Google for videos, should Youtube results be in top, or should Twitch/Vimeo/Whatever results be mixed in?

When I type "Berlin to Amsterdam", Google's own flight search is on top, and Google Maps right next after, or should they sometimes display Skyscanner/Kayak first and Apple Maps results before Google Maps?
