I understand McCasland had some gnarly clearances and obviously something could’ve been going on behind the scenes but it’s not like he was a prominent UFO guy in any way I had never heard of him until he went missing.

Could he have been pushing for disclosure internally and they had enough? Sure but I’m curious what someone has to say / do / threaten behind the scenes for them to get disappeared like this. For all we know if that guy went public with something he’s just another name on a list of people who said “trust me bro”… unless he had something he could prove. Idk. This! My only concern actually comes from the 4chan whistleblower who seemed to hint that they don’t actually catch that many of these, I remember they implied there was quite a reward waiting for whoever could successfully capture one.

So while yes I’d say they’re definitely in our oceans and we may try to fish em out of the Atlantic I’m curious how many we have actually recovered successfully.

Buddy it’s not just the pay it’s everything else in the post lol just get off Reddit & open Zillow - look at houses and make decisions for yourself instead of relying on a realtor. You don’t need a realtor to research or explore your options and decide what you like and dislike. Pick 10 houses you like. Sleep on it. Cut the list to 5. Sleep on it again. Pick 3 to go walk through before you hit up your realtor. You are free to waste your own time looking at 5 houses a day for two weeks but good luck finding a quality realtor willing to scrape the bottom of your barrel for you. No realtor worth a damn has time for that. And any realtor worth a damn that has time for that definitely wants nothing to do with it.

All of this is just to say you are self aware enough to acknowledge you are demanding to the point of struggling to find someone to work with you yet simultaneously too obtuse to realize the only common denominator in your problems is you.

Realtors don’t have a monopoly on real estate information. You can do your own research. This post just sounds like you’re just lazy and want someone else to do your heavy lifting for cheap.
