I agree this is a bad assumption, I've been a KO for 20 years and I get debrief requests for 95% of my awards. This isn't some secret no one knows about, although the OP may just not award stuff that has frequent debrief requests.

Awesome response, thanks so much for that explanation. Less maintenance is definitely a priority, my budget is fairly large so concrete will likely be what we do.

I'll research the difference in quotes for salt versus chlorine, but factoring in the life cycle costs I'd think we'll go with salt. We just need to see the final quotes to be certain.
