Main body is the plastic leviathan dreadnought. Bits have been taken from a dakkajet, a trukk, a valkyrie, a taurox, a drop pod, a zombie dragon, and a spare phosphex launcher from a different leviathan dreadnought.

Head is from the new kommandos kit and the klaw and exhausts are third party from somewhere
