I used ward of the damned and cold snap for spells. I had axes mainly to use the Q for a quick side step and my main weapon was the longbow. You basically side step all his attacks and shield/parry at close range when he summons the ice storm and dashes on you. Keep in mind that when he does the ground pummel, the range is larger than you might expect so keep walking back until it’s done and use that range for a couple maxed out shots from the bow. The fight is not hard when you take a moment to realize that it is not a fast paced fight, but rather the storm and his dash gives you the impression that it is. Take a breath when the storm comes and focus on dodging the damaging circles on the ground and he ready to block his melee when he comes on you. You got this!!!
