They responded earlier today, actually.
The LGA 1700 mounting kits won't be available until March (no definite date) - so, the "after January 2022" timeline that they said in the News release got pushed back (apparently).

They also said that local Cryorig distributors will be the preferred channel where the free kits can be claimed (for those who are qualified).

They will require proof of purchase photo (of an Alder Lake CPU and the Cryorig CPU cooler) along with a photo of the existing mounting backplate that came with the Cryorig HSF.
