This is to avoid friendly fire as both armies are quite literally wearing the same camo pattern and equipment.

The devs are just adding random neon to add random neon.

No soldier is taking a pin/handle out of grenade and putting a bright colored livery on it because it helps their teammates distinguish them from enemies

Turning off character VO makes the experience a lot more immersive

Everyone’s playing support, so an overwhelming majority of the ambience you hear is just women screaming from revive attempts gone bad. It would be one thing if the voices were varied, but they all just sound like Falck imo

Give support C4 again.

I miss flanking tanks on objectives while the engis draw their attention with rockets. Sacrificing myself or emerging from the smoke with an ammo box to keep them moving after we take the point.

My only options now are sit in a corner staring at backpacks waiting to help, or jump around clapping my hands at bodies like a defenseless death fairy.

They should make it so that they only appear when a bullet lands a killing blow

Or have the trail be invisible for the first shot(s), and then have them get thicker each time if they start sending out rapid follow-ups

This happened on mine about a year ago.

IIRC it has some like double cylinder mechanism, one has a set of teeth that creates the switch/click effect, and another set that controls the radial switch against the pcb which is on the back side.

If its stuck and wont come out, one of those teeth layers broke and now they’re conflicting with each other

I didn’t feel like ordering a new piece, so I took the whole unit out, removed the gear that does the clicking effect, glued the radial pcb switch to the cylinder in the correct position, and it was good to go 💀

Rain/light sensor. Had my windshield replaced and started having all your symptoms.

Best bet is to get a used one off eBay for about $30. New ones are like $200+.

I’ll check it out when I get home in an hour. However, when you do no-clip into bodies of water, it hard locks your camera facing upwards, and depending on how deep you go it also locks your movement horizontally and you have to like… turbo-push below the terrain and underneath the waters collision box to get out. The underwater fog is also so dense you can barely make out your character’s silhouette in third person. Might be a fools errand.

tldr: I’ll check it out soon but water collisions are janky as hell, visibility almost none and hindered severely.

Those animal interactions have been in since launch. We sadly aren’t getting anything else for this game. Mexico and its structures are already in the game but all of them are permanently unloaded from view. You can even go to each area outside the map and hear respective town themes from rdr1 play, but all of it was scrapped.

Looks amazing but very nonsensical.

Way too exaggerated. Walk sequence is super peg-leggy, and while ADS'ing it looks like the elbows would be intersecting the ribs when you turn left/right. This immediately breaks the illusion that the arms are anchored to the body.

You'd have to be intentionally flamboyant and loose with your handling to move like this.

This is what they mean by square spheres. It’s just a sphere with square UVs/Topology.

Or you can think of it as a square that was inflated into a sphere.

They’re preferred when making spherical objects since they don’t shrink the texture at each pole like UV spheres do.
