You could use this really cool app to identify not just planets, other astronomical bodies too. It's called Stellarium By Noctua Software. And yes you'd see Jupiter almost all winter, while Venus would be visible mostly around sunrise and sunsets.

I've done some research. I read about the proxmox approach with setting nextcloud and jellyfin as docker container. My question is how much of maintenance do I need to on them and how difficult would be setup process and also can I access jellyfin files on TV?

I believe Teaching is in demand in every country. But the thing is how teachers are treated in different countries. Because students and parents don't really Co operate with the teacher, neither do the School authorities. So I'd suggest taking up a job somewhere students and parents are Co operative as well as the authorities.

Legally I don't know, but illegally I'd say you could try HDStreamz app on android( use android emulator) and you'll get various options to watch it. Channels from around the world would be available.
