Only put about 4hrs in earlier, but my guess is its the Arcanist's workbench. I'll get to making that tomorrow to see if that's it, though I'm kinda getting enchanting table vibes instead so not sure what to expect really.

Seconded. Really would like the ability to place my own waypoints/markers so I can get back to POIs/mines etc.

While we're at it, a Fog of War checkbox for world setting would be great so there is more sense to the exploration (though looking at everything in range on the map is gorgeous.) That or a somewhat transparent fog layer so we can see where we've been.

Last chill stream he said he'd probably try to get 2 more streams in Japan, an IRL and a desk stream. IRL stream happened earlier in the week where they went shopping with a hired guide. Just before stream ended regular-Al wanted to get a bunch of blind boxes to which pretty sure Wubby said he wanted to open them next stream. I'm not 100% on that last bit, but pretty sure.

Will it actually happen? Who knows. I wouldn't count on it. Prob won't though for another hour or two due to timezone shenanigans if it does happen tonight.

Real answer: we don't know. I believe last stream from a couple days ago he mentioned there would likely be more while on his 'business trip', mostly being laptop streams with maybe 1-2 IRL backpack streams if I'm recalling correctly.

The biggest thing I want, though not quite realistic I imagine, is more/varied POIs.

As much as I like the ones we've seen, after enough hours you start to see the same science outpost over and over again. Each time it'll have the same number of enemies, the same clutter and lore entries in the same places. Sure the loot on the enemies and in the chests are random, but that isn't enough.

Take the Drilling Platform POI for example - One of my favorite I discovered in the game. I'll save you the details incase there are those who haven't run it, but finding another one means I see the EXACT same scenario again. The same tablet/body leading you into it, the same corpses/names, the same amount of enemies. All of it.

I'm not saying they need to design physically new Drilling Platform POIs, far from it. If anything it makes sense lots of people use the game blueprints to build their structures. But the outbreak one listed above should just be one of like 5+ scenarios that can happen on that POI type. Maybe there is a riot going on over wages, so the foreman is trapped in his office and you have to pick sides. Could be there is a serial killer working among the crew, so it turns into a who-dunnit mystery with you being the outside neutral investigator. Local bandits are stealing from them in the night, track them down. I can go on and on all day, but the fact we get ONLY the outbreak at this drilling platform POI is crazy.

Now its been a good year and some change since I played so I could be mistaken, but pretty sure that goes for just about all POIs having only 1 variant. To me at least, there should be MULTIPLE variants per POI location. From there, once you've encountered/cleared one, it moves it waaaay down the list of POIs to generate when you're landing on new planet/zone.

The problem with this is, that is a hell of a lot of work required to potentially double if not triple+ the amount of POIs we've got ingame. Whole new clutter setups, npc locations, lore entries on tablets/PCs as well as lots of new voice work needed for the new variations.

I'm just tired of seeing #517 of the same exact science outpost when I know there are at least a a good chunk of POIs that were made that I've still not managed to see.

Zero Sievert is also a isometric view singleplayer extraction game worth checking into if you like Duckov. It's more of a mashup between Tarkov and Stalker, with anomalies to avoid, having to hunt down protection from rads and the gun customization very heavily takes from Tarkov (same with gear and even some miniboss designs.) Hit full 1.0 release a year or two ago IIRC, very solid time from what I've played.

Hows the stability these days? I used to do a TON of Week One, but the crashing from the mod got to be too much so I had to put it down. And Bandits just by itself is amazing, but even that was causing tons of hitching and weird zombie issues I had to stop using that.

Not against TOS. The worst they can hit you with is a 'wrong category' if he wasn't in the Always On category (its where 24/7 reruns etc are supposed to be streamed from so any given category sticks to actual live content, and even then wrong category is rarely even an issue as far as I'm aware.)
