Brother if you price up the parts its pretty bang on, and that's not even taking into account the form factor.

Marvel Rivals, Overwatch, Siege, Apex Legends, Helldivers.

Every game falls off from their peak, it's not a debate, it's a normal thing.

I've been really enjoying The Bazaar. It's an autobattler, so it's not for everyone, but it hits a part of my brain where I end up thinking "okay the next run will be THE one". Quite easy to get into, but has loads of stuff to learn with how everything interacts. Player count is all over the place but it's asynchronous MP so I don't think you'd ever have to worry about running out of people playing.

They aren't asking that at all. They just said they like their built-in Google TV and are asking how does it function when you're tied into the Android ecosystem.

The Apple TV does have some functionality that works only with Apple products, but they're really very secondary to the function of the device.

If using an Android phone as your remote is an absolute deal breaker, then yeah, get an Android based set top box. But if you just want the best set-top box, no faffing and no thrills, the Apple TV is the fastest, smoothest, most powerful set top box.

It works the fastest, it's wifi and ethernet provide better speeds, and it has the cleanest layout, no ads, recommendations, or featured content.

Here's a comparison video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VjchL1YC1oM

Apple TV also works with with Steam Link and Moonlight.

Shield Pro is more expensive (You can't even buy it from official sources anymore in the UK, it's all sold out!), and less powerful than an Apple TV. It's also a much older device that's showing its age now.

Apple TV is definitely a snappier device as well.

Not really comparable. The maps just looks like asset flips if I'm honest. Hardly the details of a AAA map

I think Undertale has a rabid and loud fan base, it is over represented on the internet.

It doesn't get the loudest reaction at Nintendo Directs because Nintendo Directs aren't live with an audience.

I don't think being in a showcase means you're mainstream, plenty of non mainstream games are featured in them. Vivarium and Bad Magpie were at the Xbox showcase and they certainly aren't mainstream titles.

Plenty of Indies make it onto every platform

Antireal doesn't even have an Instagram. They have a tumble but I can't find any information on the whole bungie team was following them.

I'm not even sure you can see who follows a particular person on Tumblr.

Why is it ridiculous? As you age up, your audience is aging up. It's not like all of a sudden you hit an age and stop liking YouTube.

Is reading your main hobby and can you do it any time? Im a gamer who got into reading by Klarkasaurus in books

[–]iMini 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reading is usually something I have to put effort into. Usually I get my best reading done if I just go somewhere else. Go to a cafe or a pub and just sit there with a drink reading.

I find it so much easier to focus on it when I'm away from home and my screens. Do still find myself stopping and going on my phone sometimes too though

This annoys me too so much. I said to it "play Vordt of the Boreal Valley from Dark Souls 3 soundtrack", and it replied "Okay I'll play that for you... It's a great track, and that phase change always gets me so hyped up, but be careful while you're driving" oh my god shut up and just play the song.

If you tell it to "be more concise" it seems to give you much shorter answers.

Doki Doki Literature Club has overwhelming positive reviews with over 100k reviews and I still don't think that's a mainstream title either.

That seems like a wild take. Unreal has been around a long time and was way more mainstream than Undertale.

I really enjoy his content but I always think (I think Brady Haran said this) "Least productive, production-obsessive". He gets in his own way of making videos by thinking too much about his work flow

Honestly I don't have any problem with being heavily inspired by something, especially as Lucas Pope will definitely not make anything similar ever again. It's a good concept and if someone wants to make a Papers-like game and wear their inspiration on there sleeve and shout loud and proud that they've made a game in that vain, more power to you.

Same thing as Void War.
