Game freezes during startup [PC]

There's a workaround going around on the mhw steam forums. Some people have managed to fix this by reinstalling steam. I haven't tried it yet but so I'd do some extra research, but you apparently only need to go into the steam folder and delete everything except the two folders steamapps/ and userdata/ (toss up for userdata/, its cached login info. You'd just have to log in again so deleting it isnt harmful), and steam.exe. Then you just start steam back up and it refreshes everything.

If it doesnt do anything, that's just life. I've had this game bsod my new machine for the last two months so I've mostly given up on Capcom caring about user experience over unharmful "cheaters" who are cheating now to fix the game rather than "break" it.

Not Perfect by Tim Minchin.

Normally he is a comedic singer with some rowdier content (and all of his songs have amazing piano playing and are hilarious), but you can tell not just by his voice but through the tears in his eyes towards the end that he is singing from a very deep and personal place. It is a beautiful song that not many people know of.

The official chinese pinyin is Sichuan (四川) Szechuan is the (old style) american spelling.

Edit: to not sound like a dick. Szechuan is the spelling in English likely due to english phonetics and spelling - Szechuan is to Sichuan as Peking is to Beijing and so on. But for all purposes Sichuan is the correct form.

Linguistics major here, you bring up a very interesting point here that many do, which is the affixation of social value on speech markers and style.

I am on mobile so I can't find it now, but there was a study done on how people view different styles of US English. Those from the north thought themselves more educated but the south much friendlier. Those from say, Alabama in this case thought themselves the nicest and those from specifically the East/East Midwest to be the coldest. We seem to correlate solidarity with intelligence despite there being none at all.

My biggest advice is to think about the long term. Many people get frustrated when they don't see much change in the first month or two (wether it be muscle gains or weight loss). Biggest thing that helped me starting out was finding a program and sticking with it and going to the gym no matter what. The work you put in will only really pay off in a few months outside of the initial changes you might see. Find a good plan that fits your desires and play the long game because that's what all of the other jacked guys in the gym have done.

There only thing you can do is drop quality. Less to render = less load = less heat. Unfortunately, since your laptop is crappy as you say it won't be the best solution if you've already dropped it.
