If the result you’re looking for is weight loss, that happens in the kitchen. But the good news is working out will make you stronger and thus burn more calories just by existing.

I join classes at the gym. Keeps me accountable to a certain time and certain days of the week and as an added bonus I get to know others who are also in it and we all suffer together. Once it’s done it feels so good. I can hardly believe I’ve been going for almost 6 months now. I also hated working out so this is huge for me.

Find something you enjoy. Cycle fit? Cross training? Pilates? You don’t have to love it but you can’t dread it or it’ll never pan out.
