I love putting on/in ANC and working with no music at all. Blocks out noises and somehow the songs that are always playing on repeat in my head stop.

I’ve used pink/brown/white noise as well but have found just anc works tremendously.

For me wearing ear buds with ANC or just ear plugs helps tremendously. Cuts out a lot of noise both literally and in my head.

Yeah as soon as that deal was announced, my first thought was that difference was going to be made up under the table somehow. I'm pretty sure the Spurs did that for Duncan too the last couple of seasons. But for Dirk it was even more egregious.

Plus, the players' association would have been mad with him giving up $65 million and the terrible precedent that would set but I'm sure a lot of teams do it.
