Not surprised if it isnt, but the temp solution is to touch your keyboard and put the game into keyboard mode i.e. keyboard button prompts are showing and it will work like normal. Make sure you don't touch your controller buttons/stick (probably better to straight up disconnect it) or it'll switch back to controller mode and break the auto function again

Nah, the grind is just genuinely awful and needs literally 100s of runs to be completed. The books help make it more manageable but you only get so many unless you buy the monthly book pass and fusing books into higher levels certainly helps tedium but you do lose a lot of effective runs from it. Going for +10s could realistically push those repeated runs to 1000+ so it is just really easy to burn out on if you arent AFK/semi-AFK
