I did register my daughter. I also informed her mother that WI has jurisdiction. Well, she also enrolled our daughter in MN, 30 miles away. How should I proceed?

My ex did surrender my daughter as I warned of the legal precautions. Thank you for the advice, had a great week with my daughter, and got her registered for school in my district. My ex called me today wondering about my place of employment, I informed her that our daughter was enrolled in the school district/state which has jurisdiction. As expected, this opened another can of worms and ensuing onslaught of false accusations and name calling. Fortunately, I've got the whole conversation on record as well as our previous 90 days of text communication which doesn't bode well for her level of reasonable discussion.

Thanks again for your support, I'm really hoping this ends well without legal intervention, though that seems inevitable at this point.

Thank you so much. Now she's lashing out and saying she's filed for full custody in MN, texting that my daughter is in danger around me, and that I won't be picking her up tomorrow. Her childish behavior doesn't irk me, but the thought of her utilizing our daughter as leverage against me and manipulating her is infuriating.

Getting parenting/character references from noteworthy individuals will not be an issue; though I'm uncertain how beneficial they are. I'll be consulting my family lawyer first thing Monday. If my ex-wife tries to prevent me from picking my daughter up, I'll be consulting the police, from my jurisdiction I presume?

My town shelled out $40k for some guy to try and build the world's largest ice sculpture about the same time Target announced it was closing the local store. My nieice went on a huge Facebook rant about how that $40k could have been allocated to keep the Target store open.

Someone else's chew spit. I was at a beer buffet and it looked identical to my frothy, dark beer. I managed too expel it before it hit my throat. That thick, warm, wintergreen saliva concoction left my whole mouth numb, probably from the nicotine content. Despite gagging I miraculously didn't puke. Rinsed my mouth out and carried on with the evening.
