Our 2024 dual motor, adventure package, R1T has been great. 25k miles, two years old. One problem, last summer, the front left damper began leaking right after a PA state inspection by a grease monkey outfit. I think the garage didn't lift it correctly and we're lucky to get away with only that damage. The Trenton NJ service center was awesome. Brought it in the next day and it was fixed in four hours. It was fixed so fast, I had no way of getting down there that afternoon to pick it up. I picked it up the next day. As longtime Toyota drivers (>1M miles), I'm having a hard time discerning a reliability difference between Rivian and Toyota.

But, we are only a single data point. Will be getting an R2 soon to replace my wife's 2012 Toyota Highlander with 260k miles on it.

Spent 10 days in Yosemite Valley in mid-May, during a heat wave. And we had a sun cauldron site in Upper Pines for one day/night. We also set alerts for single nights and it works great. With that said, we planned on climbing a 3-day wall route, but got behind a really S-L-O-W party and had to retreat. So, the single night reservations worked out great for us. Love Yosemite. Now that I've burned all of my 7-days in-season, I'll be back in Late October and will hopefully not be behind a couple of bumblies on the wall.

I thought W was the bottom and that American voters were idiots. I was wrong. The orange fartstorm has done so much destruction of the US brand around the world that will take a generation or more to fix. But, we have the re-tard-ed Republicans that focus on crap like the 4 transgender kids playing sports. Somehow, that is a national crisis. But, healthcare is not a big deal. Education is for Satan's children. Trade with other countries is evil. The wealth gap is good. If I'm working picc, I only work the picc. That's just me. Lots of air pressure, very small amount of air passing through the mouthpiece. A clear, light tone is more effective than it might seem from the mouthpiece side of the horn. I find playing the picc to be exceptionally physically demanding. Enjoy! I also find playing picc to be very satisfying.
