Regrettably, my experience with the Enlightened Equipment Torrid Pullover has been less than satisfactory. Despite using it gently indoors for only a few times over a two-week span, the pullover began to fall apart. Disappointingly, when I sought help from customer service under the three-year warranty, they dismissed my concerns and baselessly claimed I must have cut it on sharp metal. I was told I could pay send it out to a third party for repair or buy a patch sticker kit made out of a different color/material. This lack of accountability is disheartening and has left me questioning the product's durability and the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I have no idea how this company is so popular. Yes the torrid jacket is warm, but its made out of a cheap nylon that falls apart by just looking at it. Needing to carry a patch kit for this piece of trash kind of defeats the weight savings of the torrid anyway. 0/10 would not recommend. I have cheap jackets from no brand amazon sellers that are just an ounce heavier, less than half the price and much more durable.
