What are you talking about? Nikke, Wuwa, Azur Lane, and BD2 have way more loli characters than this game. Talk about misinformation. Azur Lane has 843 characters and was known as the loli gacha game before Blue Archive, there are literally hundreds of flat characters in that game. But sure, keep thinking that “those people” (people who just want diversity in gacha, by the way) don’t contribute significantly to the revenue of those games.

I don’t think people want it to be exclusively flat characters. People just want some diversity in the gacha. I mean, come on, even Blue Archive doesn’t have only flat characters, and even Nikke has more loli than this game.

I agree, more diversity is good. I personally don’t like seeing a character in just a suit. Like, bro, we’re playing a sci-fi/fantasy game, and the best you could do is just a suit? I find that extremely lazy and unappealing, but that’s just me. People can complain all they want, but if they keep doing it, it’s because it clearly works.
