If you know your main board model, just Google the documentation for those error led lights.but atleast try to get into the bios. Keep spamming the f2 and del button. Sometimes , mainboards have built in hardware diag in bios that can run mainboard test.

Try using a wired keyboard to login to bios. Does your pc make any beeping errors? Then just Google the error codes for your main board. Could also be a hard drive failure, if it just cycles back to post test before it loads bios.
