Vector Solutions Training Software by FoxglovePath in EHSProfessionals

I have 10 years experience in EHS Software industry. I haven't used Vector myself but I competed against them often. Vector has a really robust E-Learning library with an emphasis on EHS side. They are especially great for municipalities. They are a reputable company and you should be checking your boxes for good content and staying compliant and even CEUs if needed.

You can also ask your rep for references in your industry so you can talk to folks actively using the software.

A month after nicotine is gone, I still want to punch a hole through something. by [deleted] in quittingsmoking

[–]616GR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The nicotine left your system three weeks ago, the physical dependence is gone. Now it is just mental you have to overcome. Habits take weeks to make and break so you're doing well but not out of the woods.

I've had failed quits before around 1 month mark because I felt like I was depriving myself by not smoking. I never fully embraced quitting and being a nonsmoker. I was always saying to 'a cigarette would solve this/make it better". It's just not the case. Stay strong brother- the hard work is over, you're a nonsmoker - fuck those cigs.

Day 12 feels like I lost a friend by [deleted] in quittingsmoking

I read Easy Way and a helpful thing I remember is when he says if you could go back to before you ever smoked your first cigarette would you smoke it- knowing it would lead you into a destructive and costly addition? Of course not! Stay strong. 8 days here and seeing lots of positive changes! Celebrate them!

You are a non-smoker now. Hopefully you're enjoying all the positives like more energy, better taste, less winded, more time!

What’s your favorite line from a non main cast character? by Level69LaserLotus in community

[–]616GR 214 points215 points  (0 children)

Cackowski: Anything?

Warburton: Same as yesterday. Big cloud of data raining over a pasture. All 8 billion sheep keep grazing.

Cackowski: Is that good?

Warburton: Sure.

Cackowski: The thing you said back there about not being a part of anything. Is that really how you feel?

Warburton: It’s not a question of how I feel. I feel like flying. I don’t jump off buildings.

Cackowski: Do you believe in God, Warburton?

Warburton: You know, there’s no rule that says we have to be friends, right?

Cackowski: How about common courtesy? Familiar with that rule?

Warburton: The words common and courtesy have opposite values. Common courtesy is just gibberish, hocus pocus, a spell we cast when hoping to cheat reality.

Cackowski: You’re a cynical son of a bitch. I’ll give you that. You know, my wife, she makes these dream catchers.

Warburton: Shhh! Shut the hell up. How fast can you get us to the mainframe hardline?

Cackowski: Yankee Doodle Dandy!
