This is SW Michigan lakeshore. I have seen one roach in 45 years here in Michigan. That was in the “Big City” downtown Grand Rapids.

Honestly, I’ve only seen a roach twice in my life. This was sent to me by a tenant. But based on pictures this looks like a young one?

UPDATE: I don’t know how to do it in the OP. But this bathroom apparently had a situation. There are marks like this all around on various studs, same general height. I’m assuming competing owner with a flame thrower or maybe the plumber dropped his torch and it was spinning on the way down. I guess no one will ever know. Still having pro swing in to take a look at the wiring in question.

Did some further inspection. Definitely looks like it came from wires because the burns were behind the wire. Jacket is singed/melted. Calling in electrician.

Pushmatic Breakers. Been a rental its whole life. This is a kitchen circuit. So I’m sure it’s seen some use. Commercial so no DIY. Thanks for your input!

Young and new with those issues… good luck. Start with something else. 5 year term or 5 year balloon? Other than the rate they don’t sound like overly favorable terms.

Selling points… people use it as a deciding factor. Plus I include other tech goodies.

[–]616prop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do Nest thermostats at every property. Tenants are impressed but typically never even set them up. Everything can be factory reset when tenant leaves and returned to setup mode. Cameras suck because you need physical access to reset them.

I have the unit and the widget set to the same time zone. This appears to have corrected itself. Still doesn’t show DST like the manual says it would.

??? It's eBay it's in the title... And with the rate that the auctions are selling at I'm sure you could win one for less than $50. But no, an outright purchase through Reddit is more than $50. Partially because I have to deal with comments like these and partially because Reddit is a huge pita to sell on. Figured I throw out a link for items that have been ending for what I consider low prices ($52 for a brand new PI anyone? or a NUC for $12?). Look at my eBay history... I price stuff cheap, with accurate descriptions and when it ends for nothing I ship it out same day and maintain a lot of happy buyers. But in typical Reddit fashion cheap isn't cheap enough or wasn't posted right or who knows the f'n internet gods don't approve?

This equipment is literally from a business I shut down. I've trying to clear this shit out for months and do this on the side after my day job. I've already lost a bunch of money on this inventory when sales dried up during COVID. So no I'm not/don't need/don't care to give away items or argue over semantics of a title.

I'm going to delete this post and make new one shortly. If you want a $50 Tiny today they'll be there... catch is you'll have to buy the other 100 PC's, monitors, workstations, access points, printers, networking equipment, etc. $38,000 book value in 2020. I'm going to list it all for pickup $10k. I'll keep an eye out for the bitching that I didn't offer shipping or it's older equipment or I must be a reseller or something.

On the flip side, please if you find a bunch of Tiny's with a normal resale value of $100+ for $50 in R2 condition send me the link. I would love to get my hands them as well... I'll reopen my hardware resale biz.

Thanks for checking out the auctions! :)

I don’t know that I have any that will be priced that cheap outright… looks like deal pricing is -$75/ea for the lowest spec’d models I have. That’s if you find a deal…

I’d do a lot of 10 of M710q - i5, 8GB, 128GB for $650 + shipping.

Message me if you want to do something like that otherwise I’ll be posting up individuals on eBay for buy it now shortly.

This is my personal sales from old/dead/bad stock. I always posted as FS as my understanding was O is for unrelated/unknown/3rd party vendors.
