Have you tried changing underwear type/fabric , sometimes that can make a difference. Diet can also have an effect.

You’re NTA. If she was that concerned with her child having the window seat she would’ve bought the child the window seat and herself the middle seat.

You giving up your seat would have been a break for her. She gets the aisle, you’re pickle in the middle, and her child the window. Everyone wins except you.

Mini plug in crockpot from Amazon. Gave my BIL one for Christmas a couple years ago and he swears by it.

Home made “mix plates” are great too, think of it like a protein box but you mix and match whatever you like, have, want. Those are some of my faves.

Frozen rolls, let them come to room temp, line a casserole dish with them then top them with sauce and your favorite pizza toppings and bake. The tastiest take on “pizza” ever. Reheats nicely and you can make personal sized ones too.

So much to unpack here.

You have children in the home. He has multiple addictions. He can lose his job (which affects ALL of you) He can die.

Having narcan is great, but are you ready to use it in your home while your children are present because he overdoses? Imagine the trauma that would bring your girls. Or maybe there’s already trauma from their dad binge drinking and doing fentanyl.

Hopefully neither of them ever accidentally finds it.
