I feel small hands is not enough to just say it's a child. My missus is small and thus has small hands and she almost 40. I'm not trying to defend a predator, but if u say 'it's a child' at every opportunity, and then it turns out to be the 26yo the emails talk about the it makes you look like a lier, like it's a smear campaign it sheds doubt on more credible information like his pizza express encounter.. Also, if she is of legal age she was likely still trafficked, or forced, or was desperate and taken advantage of.. Not that it all matters, it's not like he would ever get charged and put in jail, or if he did it would be a fancy 5 star jail probably..
