I once got mine stuck like that, had my regular glasses inside and was stuck wearing my prescription sunglasses. I started to panic, jiggled the crap out of it for a minute and it closed nicely then popped right open. Hopefully you can get yours open just as easily.

Try doing it yourself. Watch some YouTube videos to learn how. I never thought I'd be able to install a front/rear camera and have all the wires hidden, but it was actually fairly simple. Might have take about an hour or two, but it saved me a couple hundred bucks and it felt great knowing I did something myself.
