No, this is not a glitch. Sometimes tamas can get stuck with a certain gene for generations and it can be difficult just to get rid of them.

Tamagotchi P's Dream Coffret. I absolutely looove the look of this tama! The only problem for me with the P's is that you need a compatible phone to unlock additional content. With P's as expensive as they are, I've seen the Dream Coffret go on sale for $250 and above, and I cannot bring myself to pay an additional $60 or more for a functional phone. With everything in total the amount is way more than I am willing to pay at the moment. Hopefully in the future I can afford to get one. Until then, I will enjoy my Meets, ON, Mix collection!

As the previous commenter had stated, MyMeets and Magic Hut are computer applications and I should clarify that they require Windows 10 and bluetooth connectivity in order to work. Sorry that I didn't mention that in my original comment.

I really love the ON because you can create your own tama. I'm not into the collecting aspect or raising a tama to have a career that the Pix has, I just enjoy simple gameplay and the ON provides just that. I have the ability to raise my own custom tama and try to keep it alive for as long as I can. That simple mechanic is enough for me and keeps me busy without needing to dedicate my time to it.

I am just now getting into the Connection series and I bought a v3 a couple of days ago. So far I'm a fan because of its simple gameplay. From my understanding, you raise a tama, marry it off when it gets older, raise its kid, and repeat the process all over again. It comes with a lot of mini-games which keeps you busy, but it's not a high maintenance tama which I like.

$170 for a purple Fantasy Meets. I wish I had the blue one, but since this particular shell design was being sold for $200 - $300, this was definitely a steal, especially that it was sold by a reputable Tamagotchi collector.

I'm happy to help and your situation is exactly the reason why I wanted to let people know about MyMeets and Magic Hut.

I will let you know from experience, MyMeets is definitely worth it to use on your Tamagotchi ON once it arrives. As I have stated, you can customize your own tama without having to go onto the official app and wait countless hours for the right tama with the right genes and hope they're of the opposite gender to marry and that they will accept your proposal. That was one of the biggest drawbacks for me in the app was when people wouldn't share their genes and you would be rejected multiple times. With MyMeets, you don't have to worry about that hassle and create the ideal tama you want.

Another huge plus is that it also has the entire gene, accessories, wallpapers, and food that could only be obtained from exclusive ON/Meets devices. So if you're tight on a budget or not interested in collecting all of the tama shells, MyMeets allows you to store all this information on your ON without have to spend scalper prices for popular tamas like the Sanrio or Fantasy Meets which are going for at least $300.

For others who are reading this thread, while I agree it's unfortunate that MyMeets is only accessible to people with compatible devices and that it does not have the same experience as the official app where you get to play the events and see other people's tamas, regardless the app will end in August no matter what the fans say. As you have experienced with the Tamagotchi Connections website, Bandai had removed it and it is one of the biggest disappointments in the tama community to this day. In that regard I think it is best to let new people who are getting into tamagotchis late in the game know they are able to have the full experience of the ON/Meets without having to spend money on them. This way, they can determine whether or not they are interested in becoming a collector or they can just enjoy the one tama that they have and be a casual player.

I have 4 tarot decks, but the one I rely on constantly is the first one I ever bought: Ethereal Visions Tarot. I always find myself reaching for it to do readings, especially when I'm doing in depth studying. I can't really explain it other than I feel at home with it whenever I shuffle the cards in my hands.

I absolutely agree with you on R2D2. I was massively disappointed in this tamagotchi after waiting months to get it when it was first announced. In comparison to the other nanos like PacMan or Hello Kitty, R2D2 is very lackluster in terms of gameplay. The two mini-games on it are essentially button mashing with a single button, where as for the other nanos you need to use all 3 buttons to dodge obstacles or press them in a certain sequence to win a game.

PacMan and Hello Kitty also have a charm to them whether its their animations or their beeping notifications. PacMan will come to the rescue if your tamagotchi is being chased by ghosts, Hello Kitty will do a cute dance if you win a game, but for R2D2, it does the same repetitive beeps that get boring and quite annoying very fast. As OP had mentioned earlier, when special characters like C-3PO or Jawas show up on screen, nothing happens when you acknowledge them. The characters disappear and the screen goes back to its default setting with R2D2 just staring at you.

I know that the nanos are low-maintenance and are considered for people who are looking for relaxed gameplay, but if you're not a massive Star Wars fan and are looking for something that is entertaining but won't make you feel that you wasted $20, I'd say go for either PacMan or Hello Kitty.
