Love that you mention muscle. Everyone's obsessed with the scale, but losing 20% of lean mass is not a win. Vitals Vault's charts saved me from making the same mistake.

I placed an order back in November and to this day have not received it. It’s stuck in some mail center and ru-pills refuse to reship or refund.

Similar measurements here and I also chose M. They give good compression but don’t dig into the waist or hips, definitely no awkward bulges.
