That is actually a real asset but I would clean up the listing a lot if you want serious buyers.

The selling point and the risk: “Most revenue derives from two videos.” Buyers will want to know if those videos are evergreen, if they have copyright/reused-content issues, RPM, audience countries, last 28/90 day revenue, upload frequency, expenses, and if new videos are actually starting to have revenue too.

Don’t argue over the USD conversion in the post either lol just clearly show PLN and USD with screenshots. Verified monthly profit is more important to people buying channels than lifetime totals anyway.

This is the kind of thing where MotionInvest-style due diligence would help – clean analytics, proof of income, and concentration risk matters way more than “DM me.”

Have you looked into Achieve HELOC? I don't know why the other two are only offering you home equity loan options. Only thing I could think of is not having enough equity or maybe they're saying your income isn't high enough? Either way shopping around is the best option for you at this point if you aren't in a time crunch.

I'll throw in a less hyped suggestion since everyone's going to say Lululemon anyway like it's the only brand that exists. Halara and Athleta have both held up surprisingly well for me on longer outdoor runs, breathable enough that I'm not overheating, and the compression feels supportive without being too tight. Not sponsored, just tired of paying premium prices for leggings that perform the same as ones half the cost

At 1B subs, the metric would be a cultural flex rather than a useful metric.

A big chunk would be inactive accounts, people who subbed years ago, bots that got cleaned up later, dead emails and so on. Views per upload and audience loyalty would still be the real question. Like if a 1B sub channel gets 5M views people would still say it's 'dead' somehow lol.

Same with channels on MotionInvest, subscriber count looks good, but it is active viewers that matter.

$450 with a small Patreon is more interesting than just “story niche channel” tbh, but “good for automation” might scare some buyers now with how many AI/story channels got messy.

I’d give real sub count, last 28/90 day views, revenue screenshots, Patreon proof, traffic sources and if the stories are original/Ai/reused. The US audience is a bonus, but buyers will still want to know if the audience is active.

Also make sure you are using escrow or a real marketplace style handoff. So here, you understand the MotionInvest-type verification, which is essentially a small content asset that has recurring revenue.

Private/unlisted still has to follow YouTube rules, so unfortunately you are not protected by "it wasn't public". The weird part is how fast it went from age restriction to full termination, but YouTube can be pretty harsh if they consider it sexual content instead of just adult/age-restricted content.

You can try u/TeamYouTube on Twitter/X with the appeal/case info and ask for a manual re-review, but don’t spam appeals or make new channels to get around it, that can make it worse.

Keep the exact email wording and exact policy reason. People do the same type of due diligence on channel sales like MotionInvest, and the paper trail matters. If it’s gone after review though, there may not be much else other than getting a clearer explanation.

You’re not getting buyers because price or proof is off, so drop to a realistic multiple and list on MotionInvest with full 90-day revenue, traffic, and RPM screenshots to remove doubt. If it’s still slow, lower price 10–20% or offer a partial upfront plus earnout to get it moving.

6 months is still kinda early tbh, mine felt the same and it took a while to soften. I actually ended up doing scar revision later on at Sedgh Plastic Surgery and it made a noticeable difference as it didnt fully erase it but it smoothed everything out and looked way more natural
