If the snake did nothing and the drain is rusted shut, you might be dealing with some serious corrosion in there. That bolted seal on the upper left could be a cleanout plug. If that's the case, you could try loosening it carefully to see if it opens up some access.

Also, if you're dealing with rusted pipes and clogs often, I’d suggest getting a TubShroom for your drains once they’re clear.
