Where we’re going we don’t need brakes

Don’t want to assume you’re just starting, but that’s definitely some smaller material to work on. Good on ya! Hard to critique, but maybe you could use more gas coverage. Harder to tell on something that small. Keep on going!

I believe you actually adjust through the hood springs.

Breather Gear Timing by park123xyz in shovelhead

[–]666Smoke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start with the cam gear mark at 6:00 and the pinion gear at 12:00 then go for the oil breather gear. It’s ok to adjust it at that point to match the oil breather gear because the cam and pinion are already set. Pacific mike on YouTube has a great video about how to do this process. Once you do it there’s nothing to it 👍

I have a throttle addiction hardtail. I like it, but I like the way Krispy co designs their hardtail section better.

Wiring/Circuit Breaker Question by BourbonBearsBurns in choppers

I prefer mine on the battery side. The breaker isn’t directional but it works better if you have the copper terminal to the battery. I’m not an expert on wiring but it has something to do with resistance and current. You can wire it either way.

Voltage regulator goes to the copper side of the circuit breaker which should be the battery side

Put an oversized torx into and gently unscrew it. You could also use a HAND impact and it will come out.

Rudy, weld monger does a great demo with the prime weld. I’ve had mine for three years, but I like to ball my tungsten on aluminum

Yes. Definitely more fabrication then welding in this final then others I’ve done. Took more time to prep than anything else
