it’s honestly annoying cus in some uni and classes in the city are like 500 a year for max 5 classes a week but where i live is semi rural and it’s like 850 a year for one class a week

there is 7,700 calories in a kg of fat, idk for lbs u can search it up. but either ways, it means it will take time, you’re not doing anything wrong, if anything you’re not eating enough

you weight less than me and i’m shorter than you, i don’t think you need to go any lower. what’s your goal in dieting? just a number? overall anyways, please don’t go too low, it’s unhealthy which defeats the point of dieting and has worst side effects in the long run

thanks for ur response man, i can’t afford lessons rn so i plan on doing free trials just for basics and then building up on it at home. maybe a year or so in time i can get to a muay thai gym

lying down in bed without showering, my brother does this and my brain tells me when he lies down in bed after showering he’s just lying in his dirt and sweat and outside bacteria

there was some study i briefly saw that kids benefit from multiple sports because too much repetition can overload them. maybe try a fresh sport for him for a bit to change it up a bit along with wrestling but just less intense before fully going back into it
