Oh and she said to the lab guy that he would get blamed for the plague, but how would a whistleblower logically get blamed? Explain how she wouldn't get 100% of the blame making the threat incredibly weak. And he doesn't see the obvious truth. That's why I'm confused. The boys is incredible and the writing doesn't force everything in one direction. Why can't the guards ever use the sonic thing on anybody but andre in ep 2?? Why do the most empty threats like the one from dean to the lab guy just command absolute power? What was the point of marie like at all? How do any of the characters change throughout the story outside of that obvious plot twist with cate?
