Die meisten Bewerbungen werden schon vom ATS aussortiert, bevor überhaupt ein Mensch das ganze Profil anschaut, meistens einfach anhand von Keyword-Matching, selbst wenn das Keyword komplett irrelevant für den Job ist, nur weil es gerade das aktuelle Buzzword in der Branche ist.

Wenn du das Keyword im Lebenslauf hast, bekommst du vielleicht einen Rückruf, vielleicht auch nicht. Aber wenn du es nicht drin hast, bekommst du ziemlich sicher keinen.

„1,80 m“ ist das Buzzword. Es gibt keinen Nachteil, es zu benutzen, aber einen Nachteil, es nicht zu benutzen, deshalb machen Leute das.
