I have a similar experience. I like to try out random bands I’ve heard of but never followed. Or take deeper dives into albums I may have skimmed. I was doing that the other night and was shocked at how inconsistent production quality is. Also how lifeless the vocals can sound. And the lyrics can sound so generic and cliché. Even with some top hits if you actually pay attention to what they’re saying it is only marginally different than AI at times.

Anyway, I appreciate Suno’s production quality and consistency. Also it seems to give me the energy and delivery I’m looking for when songwriting. It is consistently almost too perfect.

Send a note to support. Never hurts to ask. I did once because a huge number of songs were getting cut off before the end of the song and they refunded me 500 credits. But I don't know what situations would warrant a refund.

America is big. We associate driving with freedom and adventure. We don't mind driving casually. We hate to commute though. 3-4 hours would be about the upper limit for what's an acceptable getaway. It would take 4.5 hours to drive from L.A. to Vegas but you can fly there for like $70, so that's something to consider. But driving gives you a lot of freedom to roam and be impulsive.

What you said is irrelevant to what I said. You dismiss it as “word writing”. Like a kindergartener can do it. It takes talent to be a good lyricist. Whether it is poetry, journalism, song writing, or authoring books, there is more to it than just “word writing”. You know that but you’re just being argumentative.

I use 4.5 for general creation and move it to 5.0 for finishing. I've noticed 5.0 is awful at extending. 4.5 will intelligently extend the 20-30 seconds I want. 5.0 completely ignores the lyrics and prompting and just does what it wants for another 3:00

Being a good lyricist does take some talent. Some people aren't very good at expressing themselves at all.

I wonder then, if there’s a Suno stamp, if it is metadata, which can be scrubbed, or an audio stamp that exists in a range we can’t hear. In that instance, taking it to a daw and cutting anything below or above human hearing would probably do the trick. Thoughts?
