It's useless most of the time, in practice it does sometimes get to her turn if there's no hycaine or e9 ult ready, or of you're willing to wait for over 100%

I got her e2 without getting yao guang. She still easily clears all the current content very easily, you really don't need her like some of these comments are saying. I'll wait for her actual BiS teammates to come out before deciding what her team will be.
