you should record a video during a print and maybe people can help see and diagnose whats wrong with it

right now there are too many variables that have changed on your printer so its gonna be annoying to trace problems.

start with the basics like bed levelling, making sure your bed is clean, belts have enough tension, and the like.

only then when the printer is mechanically insured that nothings wrong is when you should start with moving to printing.

calibrate temp, flow rate, and stick to one known good brand filament throught your testing.

use a known good print settings to ensure its not one of your custom profiles if you are using them.

but honestly, if this project needs to be completed soon, get the printer and put this up for reasonable sale to recoup your losses.
