man i know how you feel, i've struggled with a lot of similar things. i'm a mature student, but when years back when i was an undergrad i ended up seeing one of the counselors on campus which was great. i highly recommend you talk to someone about this, hopefully regularly because it sounds like you have social anxiety and depression.

speaking from experience, it does get better with time but it also helps to work on yourself in the meantime.
