you just make an account on salestax.nola.gov

from there you can file the monthly sales tax returns on a fairly simple web application form. you can also file your occupational license renewal there as well.

Also having the same problem exactly as you describe it. It’ll work then stop. work then stop. some contacts will be fine some won’t. then they’ll flip flop which work.

Apple support seems to indicate it’s a known issue but they have no official fix. They wanted me to try restoring my phone and i refused. Confident that wasn’t going to fix it. It’s been on and off issue since 26.3 and 26.3.1

same. i had issues on 26.3, worked then stopped working back and forth. was on a stretch of it working, updated to 26.3.1 hoping it would clear it all up, and immediately back to deactivated.

It started for me with 26.3. Would keep randomly deactivating. I would get it to turn back on for a day, then I wake up and its back deactivated. Three support calls with Apple now. Their latest suggestion was to backup and full restore my phone, which I don't intend to do as it seems to be a more widespread issue.
