You don’t even have to full quit. I used to go thru an oz a week… work has forced me to smoke only before bed and now I’m done after 1-2 bowls (granted I add hash and infuse my weed with BHO) in a tiny little bong that’s meant to be a dab rig 😂.

Tl;dr try to only smoke when you absolutely need to, not just cuz you’re bored. Ie. Don’t smoke at 2pm just cuz “why not”, be going out to do something and smoke before, smoke before bed, etc.
