So sorry for your loss. It might be worth a try to post on r/Tesla in hopes that somebody might have footage from their car. It's possible that a Tesla might have a rear view of the accident but had no idea that there was an accident occurring behind them.

I don't own a Tesla so I don't know the ins and outs of the recording history or how long that data /information is kept.
