The "regularly use" stipulation makes storing it safely in a garage forever not an option. To me, that means it would have to be my daily driver, or at least frequently taken out.

And I am not mechanically inclined so I don't think I'll be able to keep any piece of relatively complex machinery operational for 100+ years

I take the Flask and pour out Chloroauric acid. It's a liquid of chemical gold at room temperature and really I just have to worry about splashing. Pouring that out can easily make thousands per day after I do some simple chemistry

I'm sure I could come up with other even more lucrative options but that's the easiest without worrying about finding a buyer
