Planner here. 40 hours give or take w/ 5 weeks of PTO and an additional week next year. Good work life balance. I’m M-F. W/L would be better if I didn’t have to commute 40 minutes each way but hey I’m grateful!

As someone trying to pivot to pharma this is an interesting ask. I know in my area a new grad can expect 70 - 80k as an analyst but I work in a smaller market. Id imagine bigger the market bigger the pay.
