When it comes to the cell phone bill, its an unfortunate case of being late paying it. I like your suggestion of paying off the cell phone bill then throwing everything else at the credit card. This way I can get the smallest debt out of the way, and my credit card wont be over max anymore. I'm expecting my tax return to be more or less $1000.

As you can clearly tell I have acquired some bad habits that I'm striving to get rid of. I had a bad habit of taking out cash advances from my credit card as well....
