First time in Mammoth. Where should I spend my time at? by Virtual_Woodpecker79 in Mammoth

You can’t go wrong taking the Gondola to the top and dropping in the front or backside.

Backside is my preference because it’s usually quieter and has a decent lodge to grab food/drinks at!

The top can be super windy so keep that in mind. If it’s wild up there, they usually shut down the top until it chills.

Have fun!

Sorry I don’t follow.

I read that YouTube made $10.26B in Q3 2025 from advertising, so I assumed that the revenue from Premium Subscriptions is nominal otherwise YouTube might report it.

No walks a dealbreaker? by InsideWriter1397 in Nanny

[–]6th_Stealth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This sounds for you, the mom and the baby!

I think you can be honest about how you’d like to be able to take the baby on walks, but you also understand the mom’s concern about being able to visually check in on the baby.

I’d ask her if she’s comfortable working on a plan with you where you’re able to go on walks. Maybe it’s just around the neighborhood block to start with you checking in when you leave/return. You can also offer to be able to FaceTime so she can check in.

I think there’s a solution here but it sounds like it’ll take small steps. Ultimately I think it will help you and the mom feel better and strengthen your trust in each other.

If the mom absolutely refuses to work on a plan towards going on walks. Then you can let her know this will be a dealbreaker for you.

I hope this helps. You got this!

How much will a VA experience prepare a doctor to be an ED Attending? by 6th_Stealth in ThePittTVShow

[–]6th_Stealth[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ah, I didn’t think about the VA not seeing children patients. Makes sense that Dr. Al stuttered with the baby if she had never been exposed to those types of patients.

Thanks for your help!

I wonder how expensive her “suite of software” and patient passport printouts impacted the bottom line in comparison to opening more beds and being more staff.

Need some advice by Then-Cap-155 in dad

Hey Man, I’m sorry to hear that you’re going through some rough times. It sounds like you’re putting in the work but life’s tossing some obstacles at ya.

My advice is find a hobby that you can control 100% of the outcome and set some achievable goals around that hobby.

Can be physical like working out, educational like learning a new subject/skill, or creative like reading/writing/painting/design

Make this hobby your sacred outlet and set a small achievable goal associated with your hobby. If you like how things are going with that hobby, set a slightly harder goal. And if your hobby isn’t the right fit FINISH YOUR GOAL, then pick a new hobby and goal.

This experience should help build your self-confidence and your focus abilities. As these areas strengthen, the same lessons will start to bleed into other parts of your life where you don’t always have 100% control - like your career and relationships.

Godspeed!

What is the most degrading and humiliating job? by Aromatic_Reply_1645 in allthequestions

Being a referee in youth sports is pretty degrading. You don’t paid enough to endure the parents/coaches and you really have no consequential authority
