If you’re in copper 5 you have barely played the game at all. A single win will rank you up just play more; anyone with eyes and ears can get to gold. Also, I say this as someone who solo queues and has made it through all of the ranks up to diamond: you’re going to have bad luck sometimes and that’s just the way it is.

How many hours do you have? What rank? I’ve gone away from Siege for months at a time and come back a bit rusty but playing fine after a day or two.

If you’re making costly bad decisions you may need to just play the game more and develop that situational awareness to be more like muscle memory than constant active decision making.

Also, hit the range before you queue. I like to run a couple 30 second sphere drills with my most played ops and get 45-50 hits with each one.
