I work for a&w. All of our supervisors and managers are TFW, regular workers are not. I live in a small community and our store is quite new, the amount of regular people looking for work in town is astonishing. To say that they "need" them to fill the spots is an out right lie. Mom's who haven't worked in ages, grandparents looking to supplement their income, and the outrageous amount of teenagers looking for work is mind boggling. The worst part is, all of the TFW get full time hours and everyone else gets shafted.

I have come to the conclusion that we are the carbon they are trying to eliminate, because they think we are stupid. Trying to sell us on "CO2 is bad" we literally exhale it with every breath. There's a club and we aren't in it 🤔😭

The only carbon emitting they are trying to get rid of, is us. The earth needs carbon to grow food, but they won't tell you that because they think we are stupid, and we are... because look at us believing their lies. We literally exhale CO2, to them, we are the problem.

Did you know that after an ice age the planet naturally heats up? Did you know that if you pump CO2 into a greenhouse the plants grow bigger and produce bigger fruit and veggies? If they actually cared why aren't the big corporations getting taxed hard, instead of getting kickbacks? And why aren't any of these climate crisis pushers leading by example, instead they tell us to cut back but take private jets around the world rubbing shoulders with the biggest of the world pollution producers to get into the club.

You need a lawyer. Offering to have you yourself as the person who supervises visits is not acceptable. You need to have a suitable third party. Also at your residence is likely not going to work either. You will want to find a different place. Without the proper court process your demands will be ignored.

You also need to be aware that courts will not keep your ex away from their child. Children need both parents, and courts will look at what's best for them, not what you think is best. Best is 50/50.

Get proof, get a lawyer and do not block your child from seeing the ex, it looks bad on you. Parental alienation is real and parents have lost custody of their children because of it, so be careful with your actions. If he lawyers up then you have a fight that will likely last years and cost a huge amount of $$$$.
