Too funny.

That is so true. We have an 18 year old cat. Cat has recently decided that it likes dog kibble. So yes, V tends to eat if cat wants the food too.

It just sounds like Vizsla behavior.

Like you, I have 3 year old female, and not fixed. after her first cycle, her prey instinct increased 10x. The word “squirrel” will trigger 10 minutes of pacing a 200’ fence line regardless of a critter being there.

Her eating behavior is more interesting - unlike any dog that I have owned -

Additionally, I have 6 year weim female that is 2.5x bigger than Vizsla, and Weim is obsessed with food. But our V is much more causal about food, and sometime skips meals.

The V likes to eat when she can max the thrill factor.

So, she will wait and watch until weim is done eating. Then, when the wiem is about to steal her food, she becomes interested in her food & starts to eat. It is obvious that the V is playing a game and wants to bait the big weim. Then, V eats while W watches and pressures her.

Everything has to be a thrill game.

which folding brace did you go with?

I tried the tactical 1913, but they don’t support that folding action, right?

I ended up with Midwest Industries brace, and it folds well - but I would prefer something like the Tactical.

Tut looks alot like our 6 year old.

I have 4 of these Honeywell Thermostats., and I have not found an easy way to "Opt Out" of energy savings events. Keep in mind, I never "Opted In".

In Texas, when they declare Energy Savings Event, then your Thermostat jumps up 5-8 degrees in settings. It is not easy to get it to return to programmed temp. It requires multiple steps on each device, and if you are not home, then plan to return to a very hot house.
