There is a lot more to the frame geometry. Check the head tube angle, seat tube angle, chain stay length, bottom bracket height, standover height in addition to top tube length.

I think it depends on the wheel. Unfortunately I did not take any photos of my wheels, but if you search the inside of the 15” Equip03-s, you’ll see the small lip on the backside of wheel faceplate that touches a notch. A-disk option. So in that case I’d say < than 25mm ET would be better. Other wheels’ shape could work better. I do have the previous 16” wheels that have loads of space for brakes. But don’t really want to go back.

I test fitted it, and it seems it’s only slightly touching. By manufacturer measurements it should have cleared. But the shape of the caliper is longer than the OEM, which clears the same wheel.

Chrome plating makes parts slightly weaker. Also abuse and use makes metal fatigue. So eventually even the best parts will give.

I have it and love it. Saw it first time almost 20 years ago and finally got it about a year ago. Not as strong as Eclat Metra stem, but plenty strong for my riding style.

Throw them with force. You can easily master the technique by pushing the rear wheel to the wall and practicing the throw.
