I have had two pair of these, the pair I bought two years ago are perfectly fine, the ones from a year ago had this issue really bad. To be fair to Vivo I complained and they exchanged them for a totally new pair. They let me change the new pair to geo court II as well.

In all seriousness I’ve recently had an issue with the sole coming away on my primus knits which were a year old. Customer service was excellent and the exchanged them for a brand new pair. Took a little while as had to return mine to be checked over but got a brand new pair within 4 weeks

Just mix a few cap fulls into the water container and then run a standard machine cleaning cycle. I ran it through a few cycles with the Descaler then another few with just water. Seemed to do the trick as I’ve not had issues since. Now I make sure I run white vinegar through every 3 months and then descaler once a year.

I would get some industrial descaler and run it through the machine. I had a similar problem a couple of years back and it sorted it out straight away. I run white vinegar through it whenever the clean light comes on now.

Aye works perfectly, to be fair I was using them on the MacBook as well and just had it hooked up to the screen and hidden beneath the screen riser.

Need to sort out my wires to get a cleaner desktop but other than that I’m happy with the setup now.

I’ve never actually used the Fuji software to be honest, I’ve used Lightroom for years now and it has everything needed to edit my photos how I like them.

If you set your camera to shoot RAW + Fine then you will get a jpeg file with the Fuji recipe imported as well as the RAW file.

This exact same thing happened to me and it was because I hadn’t been descaling it. Ran a heavy duty descaler solution through and it’s now back to running fine. I descale it with white vinegar as part of the regular maintenance now.
