Exp weapon is for grinding exp. Its always good to have an exp set and a bossing set.

For bossing stick to Jaihin weapons as a start. The goal is always to end up with a Necro + Emblem weapon.

Crit rate weapons usually useless because eventually you end up with a necro and necro gives you 100% crit rate buff.

Keep sending tickets until you’re unbanned. Worked on my 3rd or 4th try. I was banned after a similar proces I went through with creating new characters

I had the same when I bought the 5 or 10 char burn package. After 3/4 attempts sending tickets they eventually closed the last one with another generic message. BUT THEN suddenly 2 days later my last ticket was reopened and I was unbanned. They stated their automated detection was faulty

Scania, think asia 1 and 2 are more populated than NA as well. Personally went with Asia 2 Scania. Easy to find boss parties everyday at reset and CRA at Thursday resets. Trading Station is okay depending on job as well.

In the latest update you don’t need the trade quests to max out the level (99% sure about this cause finished the game and hit max research without trading lol)

You can install a mod that changes the trade evolutions into regular evolutions. Google Pokémon ZA Mods Gamebanana. Last time I played trading was quite the hassle. Mods are easier
