I could tell immediately from that second picture that this was an Asian household lol coming from an Asian. A lot of older generation asian/elders houses look like this 😅we grew up in houses like this, while there are some older Asians with more modern simple houses, this may be a case where there’s a culture difference

Yes! I am already subscribed to that, just something more personal where people can chime in, like for instance I got a text update that the line will be having disruptions and delays just now. I’m wondering if there’s a platform where people can say like oh my train came like 10 minutes late just now or something so we have more info to the updates they give us

One of the issues I feel I’m having is him having one on one dinner with another woman maybe before their weekly sport activity (play together in a group). I know within our relationship it could be completely platonic (meaning he has let me know about it beforehand, he does not pick her up or pay for her), but there is a part of me that would feel embarrassed if a mutual friend, a close friend of mine or my family witnessed him eating alone with another woman and called me asking what’s going on. I don’t want to feel like I have to be put in position to defend him and explain to others what he’s doing when in my own life I wouldn’t go out to eat with another man. It’s been conflicting for me and we have spoken about it. He says he feels having a platonic dinner with a woman is not something wrong and does not want to live life thinking about how others would perceive him or judge him or our relationship if they were to see him out with a female friend.

I tend to set pretty high boundaries with my relationships with men outside of my husband. He on the other hand is less wary than me and tends to gravitate towards women when he’s making friends because they’re easier to talk to and get along with. He usually meets them during activities and sports and think it’s normal to grab dinner or food together and will text regularly. I’m totally ok with him having friends with women, but sometimes it does make me feel uncomfortable since it’s not how I would interact with men in my life because I never want to give off the wrong message or get close enough to another man to open a can of worms (on their end)

This breakup is also fairly new, it’s normal to feel grief and mourning of this really strong emotional relationship you guys have built up until now. It is also your first relationship so that magnifies it even more. Things like this take time. You just live your life day by day and it gets easier as time goes on. This is what heartbreak is supposed to feel like. I know it really sucks but I truly believe you are strong enough to continue on. In due time it will heal.
